Jitendra Kavathekar,
Founding General Partner
Jitendra has an illustrious track record in Tech as an Investor, Operator, and Technologist. Most recently, Jeet served as a co-founding Managing Director of Accenture Ventures and Open Innovation.
He has built the team that is credited with forming a highly selective set of early stage startup partnerships sourced from 12 regions globally, 40 accelerators and industry partnerships, and Silicon Valley VC relationships for Accenture. This newly created function yielded many unicorn companies and continues to serve as one of Accenture's foundational engines for innovation led growth by accelerating digital transformation for the Global 2000. Jeet has an extensive career in technology with iconic companies such as Yahoo, where he was Vice President and co-founder of the Web Analytics business; Motorola, as top engineering leader for an Emmy Award Nominated product line; Pixo as Vice President, the startup that powered the original generations of the iPod; and leader of core engineering at Palm, the maker of the Palm Pilot; while starting his career at Hewlett Packard where he and his team was credited with several firsts in early web and IOT innovations.
Jitendra serves as a Board Member of Silicon Valley Forum / Silicon Valley Organization. He is also a Fellow at Tribeca Disruptor Foundation, and an active globally as a startup judge, and speaker/panelist on innovation and digital transformation. Jitendra lives in Silicon Valley with his wife and daughter.

Matt Austin,
Founding Partner, Canada
Born and raised in the Waterloo startup ecosystem, Matt has been a part of Waterloo's startup culture for over 15 years.
In the Canada office, Matt sources dealflow from across Canada through a broad network of accelerators, incubators, universities and angel groups from coast to coast. Prior to starting the Canada office, Matt graduated from the University of Waterloo and served in multiple roles within the Brigade group of companies, an Austin family office in Ontario. He saw the founding of Brigade Construction which secured multiple contracts for digital deployments at Toronto's Pearson Airport and Union Station, and other projects with multiple major retail partners. As well, Matt helped found a major wind energy erection company which in 2019 completed construction of one of the largest wind farms in North America. Prior to these roles, Matt served as a military engineer with the Royal Canadian Engineers where he deployed twice with the Canadian Battle Group to Kandahar, Afghanistan and assisted in researching and authoring the book Clearing the Way: Combat Engineers in Kandahar.
Matt is an active member of angel groups and associations across Canada and is actively involved in accelerators and incubators in Toronto and the Waterloo Region where he lives with his wife and three kids.
